Once you subscribe to a collection, Steam should download all the mods. Make sure when you launch Arma from the launcher you enable them.
Here is a mod preset import into the Arma launcher that will automatically install all the mods you need and give you an easy way to launch thee game with our mods.
Go to this page and copy all of the code, save it into an HTML file and import it into the launcher.
To import click on preset on the top right of the mod tab in the Arma 3 launcher, and then click the import button on the bottom. Download the attached file and select it in the file picker that comes up.
